Our property is quiet, has off road parking and a gym in the garage. There is also a Crossfit facility nearby. We recently fitted a new kitchen which is useful if you wish to show off your culinary skills!
The room has a large walk in shower, loo and basin attached. There is also a fridge and space for a microwave in the additional food / storage area. The room also has its own external door which may be useful if you work shifts etc. Works best as a single, but also could possibly fit a double bed. There is a table and chair for WFH.
Looking for a female who can balance being clean / private with being social and chatty. As this our home, the 'fit' is important. Bills included.
