The room has a large wardrobe and single bed and is large and airy. A desk can be added if required along with a small fridge and microwave, TV, toaster and kettle for convenience.
Your room will share a newly refurbished bathroom and there is use of the garden and kitchen.
There is space for a bike and parking for 1 car on the driveway on a quiet no through road and bus stops, shops, post office and butcher within 5 minutes walk.
Professional people only and single person occupancy as not suitable for students or couples and there is no smoking inside the house but you may do so in the garden.
All applicants will be met by myself and my husband for suitability.
