Master Bedroom & Ensuite + co-share of House

Hi all,
I’m looking for someone to move in and share a victorian terraced house with me I’m currently renting in Taunton. You’d be joining as a co-tenant on the rolling contract that is managed by estate agents.
My current housemate is relocating, so to stay in the house, I need to find a new tenant.
You would have access to all shared space in the house.
The master bedroom and ensuite would solely be yours and there is some extra storage under the stairs to the loft that would be solely yours too.

As you should see from pictures, there is plenty of space for 2 people. The house itself combined with the location is perfect for a young professional in Taunton.
Rent is £700 per person pcm and including bills & council tax (that we would split monthly), makes the total around £850 per person.

I’m 24, pretty sporty (into, cricket, football, running and golf), and consider myself a chilled, easygoing housemate. I like to keep shared spaces tidy and would be looking for someone similar—ideally also in their 20s.
I moved into the house with it being completely unfurnished and have filled it up myself since e. g. fridge washing machine, sofas, tv etc. My housemate may take the dining table and chairs that he bought so I would kindly request that a new tenant provides replacement.
