Quiet house in a quiet street

Hi.. i am currently in the process of selling my house so it will be only available for short term rental (probably 2 or 3 months or until I sell it)
..double bedroom available to rent . key opperated locks fitted on bedroom doors for privacy and security.. wall mounted television with firestick in bedroom .. full fibre to house wifi .. shared living room/kitchen/garden and bathroom.. attached garage which a bicycle can be stored...1 months rent in advance but asking for no deposit... situated in farm view (Ta27qy) A 3 minute walk to a bus stop for town or 2 minute walk the other way you find yourself in the countryside.... No smoking in the house but allowed outside on premises. All bills included except the tumble dryer which there is a charge of £2 a time but we do have a few clothes horses which are obviously free.. looking for a female as my daughter occasionally stays ..if your interested then send me a message and I will get back to you .
