house near Musgrove available for hospital staff

Hi. I live near Musgrove Hospital and have a spare room i would like to rent out. would really prefer someone who only needs room 2-3 nights a week, rather than a fulltime all week long lodger. i dont want a weekend guest reguarly, although subject to discussion. i would prefer females only for the time being.

price to be negotiated depending on how much time you think you would want to spend. there is (for now permit-free) street parking but it is limited, i use the driveway for my own car but again this can be discussed. the bathroom would be shared but there are 2 toilets. my spare room is fairly empty so you would be able to keep some bits there if you wanted to between stays.

i have 2 cats , so if you dislike or are allergic to cats, do not apply as they are part of the household and are used to being able to go in all rooms. you can of course shut them out when you are in the room to sleep!! they are both friendly and may want to visit you in your room if you let them!

i do all housework but i would expect a lodger to keep the room clean and also to clean kitchen after cooking. there is always plenty of room in my fridge for storage of food or drinks. i always have plenty of tea and coffee on the go, but you would need to supply anything else you wish to consume.

i dont smoke, but dont mind if you do as long as its outside. i have a covered alleyway by the house and even a seat out there, so that is no problem at all for anyone who likes a smoke.

i would wish to have a proper written (but brief, not pages of it!) agreement in place prior to anyone moving in. cash or bank or paypal deposit, and would prefer cash payable upon arrival for each visit.
