Rent for the Ground floor front room is £450pm fully inclusive of all bills (4.67m x 3.22m).

Rent for the 1st floor back room is £500pm (3.67m x 3.22m)

There is a minimum contract term of 6 months

There is a Tesco Express 1 minute walk away and Taunton Railway Station is 5 mins walk away.

For those who enjoy scenic walks there is a 5 minute pedestrian and wheelchair access from the property to the river Tone and Bridgwater Canal where swans and herons can be seen regularly.
