This shared home has been considerately laid out and finished to a high standard for convenient living with sharing in mind.

The room has fresh stylish decor and good quality carpet. The room is on the first floor at the front with a large window so lots of light but has black out curtains so you can get a good nights sleep even if you are a shift worker. It comes with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of draws and bedside cabinet. The house had fast broadband and a digital tv point. The house has been fully rewired and there are plenty of power points. There is one family sized bathroom upstairs with an over bath shower and another good sized shower room downstairs so with only three other housemates, there will never be problems queuing for the bathroom.

The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with everything you could need from wine glasses to roasting tins and has a lovely communal dining area. Each tenant is allocated their OWN FRIDGE with freezer compartment and a large storage cupboard each. There are all the appliances you would expect and a dishwasher. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer. The use of these are included in the price - your rent is all inclusive. Ironing board and Iron are also provided. The kitchen is part of a large open plan dining and living area with comfy sofa and flat screen TV where housemates can unwind. It’s a lovely sociable space.

Outside there is a garden with seating, a BBQ and space to store bikes as well.

The house is a short walk from the station and also the town centre with excellent access to the M5.

The Housemates are all professionals with an age range of mid thirties to mid forties and would be looking to share with similar. They are looking for a tidy, calm, conscientious person to share the home with.

A Holding Deposit of £100 will be taken to reserve the room, this will be returned to you if you fail referencing or as a deduction from your first months rent should you take the room but it will not be refunded if you reserve the room and then decide against the tenancy. .
