Yellow Room - double

Available from 26th October, Monday - Friday let. Spacious and bright double room and cosy single room available in lovely, quiet, semi-rural area within easy commuting distance of Bath (4 miles) & Bristol (14 miles). New decoration, carpets, beds and comfy mattresses. Bills included.

Yellow Room - Double bed for single occupancy
Bright, light and airy, with views over the countryside. Double aspect windows, blackout blinds, double wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, lamp, desk, chair and free on-street parking.

Blue Room - Single bed
Countryside views. Single wall bed (which will store during the day), built-in desk, chair, lamps, blackout blind, four storage cupboard spaces and clothes hanging space.

Bed linen and towels for both rooms can be provided if required.

Shared spaces
Large shared kitchen/diner with TV and easy chair, equipped with dishwasher, microwave, kettle, fridge/freezer, gas hob with dedicated oven for guest use only. Shared bathroom with bath and electric shower. (Landlord uses separate bathroom). Use of washing machine by arrangement. Access to the front garden for sitting out if you would like.

This is a house share with live-in landlord. I'm a classical musician and life coach working mostly from home online during the day. I have 2 cats and a dog, so I'm looking for friendly lodgers who have a shared love and respect of animals. Guests must be clean and tidy and work away from the house during the day.

One month deposit required.
