Queen Size Room for Rent

I have a queen sized room available in a shared house. There is a spacious living area, kitchen and bathroom and a private garden with on street parking.

The house is in Southdown and is about a 45 min walk to Green Park and city center although there are regular buses. The house is very close to a bus stop and local amenities (e. g. Co-op, takeaways doctors) are about a 5 min walk away and Moorland Road and the train station are about a 15 min walk.

There would be a 3 month trial period and after that the tenancy would be ongoing and rent is £530 per month which includes bills.
