Bathroom with shower, and washing machine. Shared tumble drier and another, larger freezer in shed. Mostly furnished though you will need some bits and pieces to make it home. Offroad parking on a private drive; semi-shared gravel garden.
£800 per month not including bills (though it does include some heating). I am very happy to give you an all-in price if that is easier for you - just message me.
1 month’s deposit, references and proof of earnings required. Payment by monthly standing order. I would prefer to avoid remote viewings as I would like to meet my new neighbour face to face.
