The current mature house sharers (2 full-time, 2 part-time) are clean, friendly, quiet and respectful and include a friendly spaniel.
Benefits acceptable if an individual who will respect and enjoy the quality - but relaxed - surroundings and settle long-term. The last occupant stayed 2 years, the previous one stayed 6!
