Looking for a professional to move into my 3 bed semi-detached house. I have one single and one double bedroom to let. The rooms have locks, so you can lock them whilst you’re inside and also when you leave for peace of mind!

Good location, 2 minutes walk to Asda and the town centre (including Wetherspoons!). 5 minutes drive to the M5, regular buses into Taunton and coaches to other major cities. Can easily walk to the coach pick up location.

Medium sized house with shared kitchen, lounge, conservatory and bathroom. Also has a downstairs toilet. Very large garden, on street parking with plenty of space available.

All bills included in the price.

I do have a sausage dog who is two years old. He absolutely loves cuddles and is nervous at first but he’ll be happy once he’s used to you.

Caged/tanked pets allowed, dogs considered but would have to introduce them to my dog multiple times before moving in, no cats unless they have no fur as I’m allergic :(

£500 deposit and first months rent required upfront. This will be a 1 month rolling contract as the house is currently on the market, I am just waiting for it to sell.
