I’ve got a bright and spacious double room available for £700 per month, which includes all bills and council tax. As an added bonus, you’ll also have access to a separate small spare room, perfect to use as a walk-in wardrobe, home office, or extra storage space – all included in the price.

A bit about me:
I’m a sports coach and work long hours (5am–7pm, Monday to Friday), so the house is often quiet during the day. I’m easy-going, sociable, and like to keep a positive, homely atmosphere. I also have a cocker spaniel puppy and a cat, so you’ll need to be comfortable around pets.

I’m ideally looking for someone who wants more than just a place to stay, someone who’d enjoy making the house feel like a home.
