Small room with all amenities in nice house

Cozy tiny room available in Weston Super Mare, in well-equipped house. Close to bus routes, walking distance if you work at the Hospital and situated on a corner away from main roads. There is Wifi, bike storage. a large kitchen, lounge, conservatory (gym), parking in drive or on road and a sunny back garden.
You will be sharing with three further housemates. The rooms are not available to couples.
The ideal housemate would be someone who is easy-going & respectful to others in a sharing environment; eg: keeping communal areas clean (especially the kitchen & bathroom after using) and noise at a minimum between 10pm and 8am.
There is a cleaning rota in operation and this requires willingness to participate for all housemates.
All bills inclusive at £500 per month payable in advance of moving in. The Deposit is one month’s rent.
