Short term rent - end of June

Nice room available in Weston Super Mare, in well-equipped house. LAST WEEK OF JUNE ONLY at the moment. Another room may become available longer term soon. Close to bus routes, walking distance if you work at the Hospital and situated on a corner away from main roads. Also suitable for anyone working at Hinkley. There is WIFI, bike storage. a large kitchen, lounge, conservatory (gym), parking in drive or on road and a sunny back garden.
You will be sharing with three further housemates. The rooms are not available to couples.
The ideal housemate would be someone who is easy-going & respectful to others in a sharing environment; eg: keeping communal areas clean (especially the kitchen & bathroom after using) and noise at a minimum between 10pm and 8am.
All bills inclusive at £650 per month payable in advance of moving in. The Deposit is one month’s rent.
