Fully furnished room in a quiet family home with no pets or smokers (a dog occasionally visits).
The room is 4.5m x 3.7m (15ft x 12ft).
It is a double size room, but for one person only.

Available for 7 days/week or Mon-Friday professional, etc.
Close to hospital so great for hospital staff (Hospital is around 20 mins walk)
Not suitable for night-shift or late-shift workers, or home workers. Early shift is OK though.

The room has a king-size bed (wider and higher than the one in the photo).
There is also a wardrobe, a large desk and chair, a large shelving unit, and a large TV (for streaming only - no live TV).

The bathroom is shared, and has a spacious shower over a corner bath. Toilet is separate.
The kitchen has everything you will need!
Use of the living room/lounge is included.
Parking is on the quiet road, usually directly outside.
High-Speed WiFi internet included.

No other bills to pay.

Initially limited to 9 months but can be extended for the right person.
