I’m a friendly, professional live-in landlady looking for a lodger who would enjoy a relaxed, comfortable home and who is respectful, clean and tidy.

The room is large, bright and fully furnished, measuring approximately 15'5" x 13'2", with a king-size bed, some storage and a desk. You’ll also have your own downstairs shower room/WC (not ensuite), as well as use of the garden. There is also space in the garage to store a few items if needed.

The house is in a quiet area close to Ashcombe Park, with a bus stop nearby. It’s around a 15-minute drive to the M5 and approximately a 30-minute walk into town or to the beach. There is on-street parking and the house is on a quiet no-through road.

I work locally in Weston and like my home to feel friendly, relaxed and easy-going. I do like to keep things clean and tidy, so I’m looking for someone who feels the same and will treat the house as their home too.

I also have a friendly older cat, so you’ll need to be happy sharing the house with him — he’s very much part of the furniture!
