Hi! I'm looking to rent out two rooms in our lovely home. We are a vegetarian/vegan household and I'm looking for like minded tenants.
My lovely 14 year old son and I currently live in the property with our dog and cat.
The house has three parking spaces on a drive and the garage can be used for some storage. You are also welcome to use the garden. There is a family bathroom which will be shared by the two tenants in the rooms I am advertising.
Room 1 is now completely ready, freshly painted, carpet cleaned and with a brand new mattress.
All bills will be included plus fast wi-fi. The rooms can be furnished or non-furnished.
The household is non-smoking and kept very clean.
