It benefits from its own private entrance and large personal off-road parking area. Inside there’s a sizeable shared fitted kitchen/lounge/diner. The kitchen area is fully equipped with oven/grill hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, pots and pans etc. The lounge area boasts a large sofa & reclining chair, a Freeview/internet flat screen TV with Iphone compatibility, DVD player & Roberts DAB digital radio. The stylish dining area comfortably seats four around a large marble dining table, leading on to a light & airy conservatory. Outside, there’s a very pretty, illuminated, secluded courtyard garden – a year-round suntrap and a peaceful space in which to relax after work.

Transport nearby

Weston-super-Mare is sited at the gateway to the South West. Getting here couldn’t be easier. There are excellent road, rail and air links thanks to two junctions of the M5 serving the resort, a central railway station and the nearby Bristol Airport. Hospital 10-minute walk away.
