Very Cosy room with built in wardrobe, office desk space and can fit a king bed in if needed, currently has a comfy couch bed in there. Feel free to use the washing machine, freezer, fridge also (simply keep food in date best you can)

Looking for someone that cleans up after themselves within reason and informs about any issues so they can be sorted right away so fluencey in English is a must. No goverment Funding to pay rent/deposit.

Included in the rent are all bills such as council tax, water, electric, gas etc minus the wifi which will be split, though currently this is looking to be about £15-20 each

I have my own bathroom but there's a main bathroom (with lock) that lodger would use with shower and bathtub.
