Fully furnished 1 double bedroom and 1 Single bedroom available in friendly shared house. Both available on 8th September or up to the 13th Sept if preferred.

Looking for a professional housemate in their 20’s - early 30’s who is keen for a quiet, respectful environment.
All housemates are professionals working full time.

The bedrooms come furnished with a double or single bed, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers. The single room has its own sink with vanity unit.

The house is fully equipped including dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, kitchen essentials etc. Plenty of space with a large kitchen/diner and spacious living room leading to a sunny back garden.

Located in the lovely Weston Village in a no through road with free on street parking, plus a shared driveway. 2 min walk to the bus stop and high street that has coffee shops, bakery, pub, takeaways, Tesco food store, chemist, post office etc. The regular busses get you to town in around 15-20 mins. (5 min walk to RUH so ideal location if you work there)

All bills are included in the rent (including council tax) plus a fortnightly cleaner for the communal areas!

Rolling monthly contract.

Deposit is equal to one months rent.

Sorry no students or couples due to the house licence and insurance.

Strictly no smoking inside the house.
