Large single bedroom (4m x 3.1m) available for weekly lodger (Mon-Fri). Furnished with large wardrobe, chest of drawers, single bed, bedside table, desk and bookshelf. There is also a shower room for your sole use (not en-suite).

My understanding is that if the lodger pays council tax in their main residence, they will not be liable for council tax at this address. (I had to add it because the system insisted!)

The kitchen and shower room are new (2 years old) and (in my view) tasteful. The house is run along eco-friendly lines (natural cleaning agents, etc. where possible).

Located in Weston village: 7 minutes' walk from Royal United Hospital, on bus routes 4 (to town) and 20 (to University of Bath). The village has a Tesco Express, Premier shop with post office, a bakery, a Thai and an Indian grocery store, a Japanese restaurant, Indian takeaway, a cafe, two hairdressers' and a barber's shop, a cycle shop, a garage, a charity shop and a pub. There are two active churches in the village, All Saints Weston (C of E) and a Moravian church.
