Double room in thirty & thriving female household

I have a lovely double room available for short or long term let. I have recently moved to the area and am a solo occupant, living with my 2 very cuddly & loving cocker spaniels.
The accomodation is a 2 bedroom ground floor flat albeit you’d think it was a bungalow! A very large private sun trap of a garden out the back (paved & grass) & 1 off-road parking space available at the front of the property for you also. Shared bathroom with a walk in shower, shared lounge area and big kitchen with lots of storage. The flat has been recently decorated when I moved in.

I am a clean non-smoker who loves the outdoors, walking, running, gym, coffee and a cocktail. I am a massive foodie and lead a pretty chilled country lifestyle. I do work from home full-time so this room may be best suited to someone who doesn’t work from home / hybrid worker - but equally can be flexible!

Looking for a female working professional who loves animals and the chilled side of life. The room currently set up as an office as you’ll see in the pictures so doesn’t have a bed but does have a built in wardrobe and large chest of drawers, however we can discuss getting a bed if you don’t have one.

Additionally, if you’re looking for a mon-Friday let this is definitely possible & price can reflect this.
All bills included in the price, with full fibre broadband.
