Roomy, well kept single room in family home

We are at least a 40 minute car journey away from Bristol and even further away from UWE!

Single room available to rent in a 4 bed family home, occupied by myself and my son (we both work). Prefer short term stays, but open to long term if we get on :)

Plenty of off street parking and large garden but you must like dogs (4 resident dogs and extra fosters/friend's dog every now and then), and be ok with chickens!

All bills and WiFi included and space in the fridge/freezer and cupboard available. Meals not included. Upstairs shower shall also be made available for sole use, which you will be expected to keep clean and free from limescale, but the upstairs toilet will need occasional night time use by those in residence and occasional visitors.

What would be expected of you - clean and tidy animal lover, who doesn't vape or smoke.

We are classed as semi-rural and the bus service isn't great, so you will need your own transport if you don't work locally.
