Self-contained, fully furnished bedsit, it includes 3` 6” bed (linen supplied if required), furniture etc., en-suite shower room with heated towel rail, fitted kitchen area with air fryer, hot plate, microwave, fridge + freezer, etc, 32” smart TV, good mobile and Wi-Fi connection, use of washing machine, tumble dryer and outdoor line. Individual private parking space, with a personal spacious garden shed, double glazed + central heated, plus electric fire place. The whole house has individual and electronically linked smoke detectors. The bedsit is totally self-contained and private, but secure within the farm house, it is warm, clean and homely, with views out over our wildlife pond. The occupier of the bedsit, would share the farm house entrance, hallway and stairs and the laundry facilities with the owners of the house.

The bedsit is part of a large, period, very traditional, farmhouse, on a working farm, with a large wildlife pond, gardens, fields, and adjoining quiet country lanes, footpaths and 2 picturesque fords to enjoy. The farmhouse is situated on a B road, in the hamlet of Worth, approx. 1.5 mile from the City of Wells and 4 miles from Glastonbury, and approx. 40 minutes’ drive from Bristol, Bath and Taunton. It is within ½ mile, easy walking distance from 3 pubs/restaurants, cafe, church, and with a bus route, beside the front garden.

We are a married couple, in our 60`s who are easy going, farming folk, who enjoy sharing part of their large period farm house.……We are looking for a single person who will keep the bedsit clean, and be responsible, trustworthy and considerate. We are live in landlords, and it is a non-assured tenancy, so there are no occupancy time restrictions. So sorry, but no smoking, dogs, cats, or couples, (visiting guests are fine) …

Rent £200 per 7-day week or £30 per night part week. Fully inclusive of all bills, and facilities.
