The price also includes off-road parking. The room is available from the beginning of August and the rent is £750 per month.

All the fixtures, fittings, furniture and appliances are nearly new. The kitchen has been equipped with all the mod cons you would expect - a large range cooker, a double oven, integrated microwave, washing machine and a dishwasher.

The house is located on a quiet residential road just on the edge of Yeovil town centre - 3 minutes walk to the hospital, 3 minutes walk to a large Tesco, 10 minutes walk to Leonardo Helicopters and a five-minute walk into the town centre. The main A303 route can also be accessed within 10 minutes drive.

Although the room is a double, it is for single occupancy only.
