This single room has been finished to a very high standard. The single bed has been built in, with storage underneath, bedding and linen. This bedroom has a shared bathroom with one other room, it comprises of a , large walk-in shower , toilet, hand basin and heated/light mirror with shaver point.

The communal areas of the house have also been refurbished to a very high standard, including a Flat Screen T. V. This area has an open plan kitchen, dining and living space, with utility area and w. c.
All the daily living appliances are included, Oven/Hob, Combination Microwave, Kettle, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, 2 x Fridges and a Freezer.
