Front Door and Front aspect of Sunflower Cottage

I am looking for a professional femaile to share sunflower cottage with me. It’s a cute 2 bedroom cottage with a lovely peaceful garden and garden room. Bathroom will be shared, it has a bath and toilet and shower attached to bath. There is gas central heating and a Log Burner too.
I am offering a freshly painted double room with fitted wardrobe and full access to the whole cottage. I hope it will be a peacful and lovely home for the right person.
Broadband is included and the lounge has a freeview TV.
I will be sharing the cottage, but work commitments mean that the cottage will be solely occupied approximately 80percent of the time. I do have a small and friendly dog who will be coming home with me when we return. I would prefer to share sunflower cottage with someone who likes to keep things clean and tidy, who will enjoy the garden and respect the cottage as they would if was their own.
Utilities are included but council tax is addtional - band B
