The room is fully furnished with a comfortable double bed, large wardrobe, and desk, making it perfect for both relaxing and working from home.

The bathroom is located next to the room and is shared, with the added benefit of an additional downstairs toilet. You’ll also have access to a well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable lounge with a large TV.

The house is shared with the live-in landlord and one other lodger, so it’s a low-occupancy, peaceful environment.

Outside, there is a sunny back garden to enjoy, as well as driveway parking (shared between lodgers) and additional on-street parking available.

All bills and WiFi are included.

This is a quiet, respectful household, best suited to a working professional looking for a comfortable and hassle-free place to stay during the week.
