Bungalow with converted Attic Bedroom & En-suite

We live on the western side of Yeovil, approximately 2 miles from the Town centre and Leonardo (Westlands)
We have a bungalow with a large converted Attic space. There is a double bed, fitted wardrobes and storage. A large Tv also. There is extra space for a small sofa if wanted.
You will have use of the Kitchen, Dining room, Lounge, Conservatory and Garden. No Smoking household and no Pets.
There is driveway parking however there maybe some car shuffling depending who is leaving first in the morning,
We have Virgin Media Tv and Broadband.
This is a really quiet area, and if you want the use of a PAYG gym there is one about 20 mins walk. There is also a garage if you need to store bikes etc
