I have a good sized double furnished room in a smart house available now. Good location, walking distance to Westlands, hospital and college. Use of bathroom, with bath and over bath shower. Kitchen, with washer/dryer, cooker etc. High speed broadband and sky TV downstairs are also included. There is on road parking, and a good sized decked garden. All bills are included except for phone calls. I am looking for a tidy, considerate, employed professional to share with one other professional female who is easy going, clean and house conscious.
