This lovely Victorian house is occupied by a family with three children. We have a double room on the ground floor to let, fully furnished with its own ensuite shower room. Access to the garden, kitchen and living room.
We are looking for a responsible non-smoker who doesn't mind children. We are an active family and are often busy and out of the house. We enjoy getting to know new people and would want to get to know a new lodger but also be able to have family only time too so someone with a bit of a social life is great!
