En-suite attic room in a Victorian house in Barry

I have been renting rooms at the property for a few years now.

The property consists of a shared kitchen with separate cupboards so everybody has their own storage spaces.
There is cutlery and crockery and every appliance that would/could be needed in a kitchen.

A shared dinning room with 6 chairs and a nice glass dinning table, a large sofa and a shared fridge freezer is then situated off of the kitchen.

Upstairs there is 4 bedrooms. Which all have locks on so Tennant’s can feel privacy and security over their belongings whilst they are out.

A shared shower room is also on this level.

To the top of the house is a en suit attic bedroom.

There is a lovely decked back garden for everyone to enjoy which gets sunlight throughout the morning till late evening. Chairs and a sofa are out the back to relax on, whilst there is still plenty of room for drying clothes on a large washing line.
