Double furnished room in central Barry

I have one double furnished room in an owner occupied houseshare in central Barry.

Available at £585.00 per calendar month paid in advance. There is an advance refundable insurance deposit requirement equal to one month payment.

I would require references and ID checks will be made.

This is a non-smoking house (that includes e cigarettes)

This is not a tenancy. This is a bill share arrangement only as I am a houseowner, not a landlord.

The houseshare price is for all bills, council tax and broadband WiFi connection (TV license not included).

The house is in central Barry and is a 5minute walk to the train station and a two minute walk to the bus stop. Trains and buses run regularly to Cardiff and the train journey is just over 15 minutes.
Local leisure centre is about a minute walk away.
You can walk to Barry Island in 15/20minutes.

The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and bed side table. Lamps, full length mirror, tv etc can also be added if desired. Bedding and towels come with the room as well.

The house is over two floors with a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor. There is also a shared living room and a shared dining room.

The kitchen includes a double gas cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster and washing machine.

There is one bathroom which is not en suite but right next door to the bedroom. There is a sunny garden to the rear. The house has recently had a new heating system and has been redecorated throughout.

I work long hours so you will often have the place to yourself as there will be no other housemates. I am friendly, easy going, sociable, sensible and run a clean/tidy home and am looking for someone similar who will respect the home and the contents.

This room is single occupancy.
