Double room available, bills included

Double room available in a quiet street in Barry. Off street parking for 2 cars and a garage (more for storage). Front and rear garden - south facing back garden.

Looking for a professional, someone clean and tidy and respectful. I am respectful of people's quiet time especially during the working week. I have a 13yr old border collie that stays here on the weekend, he's very chilled now and sleeps most of the time. There is also a cat that has made the house one of her homes and she's here most days - very sweet loving cat 💜.

There is a bath and shower. The room is a double - it does not come with the desk or chair in the photo.

Its £650 a month all bills included. Its a pretty chill house, i enjoy having a little chat but also enjoy downtime. Quite partial to a bit of baking to radio 6 on a Sunday.

If you have a pet thats cool, but they have to be ok with Rufus (my dog) He's an old man now and likes the slower pace of life.
