I offer you this lovely double bedroom for rent (can be furnished or unfurnished). The room currently has a double bed, 2 bedside cabinets, an in-built wardrobe, a desk (can be standing desk) with an office chair.

The house has 3 rooms- 2 bedrooms and my home office. There is a main bathroom upstairs and also a separate WC downstairs. The living room has a comfortable sofa, TV, and books- just please note there is no TV licence however you are welcome to set that up if you like watching telly.
The kitchen is well-equipped and the house comes with a conservatory and a utility room.
We are close to all amenities (shops, post office, pharmacy, take aways, parks, 3 bus stops, police and fire stations, Sunday Market, etc.) and it is a short bus or bike ride from the city centre and Cardiff Met/ Heath Hospital; and walking distance to Culverhouse/ Canton/ Fairwater. There is free street parking available. There is a big garden with a wildlife pond- you are welcome to get involved in gardening if that's your thing. There is also storage space for a bike.

I live at the property, but I sometimes travel for work and therefore I'd like to find a housemate who will treat our home as their own too.
I'm clean and tidy and consider home where we can all be ourselves. I also have a small friendly dog.

I work in the field of environment and I like sports and the outdoors. I'm looking for someone respectful and clean, friendly and empathetic.
Short term/weekdays only, or other flexible arrangements are also considered.
