There are clothes lines positioned under a canopy to facilitate drying with a tumble dryer available for use.

The rent is inclusive of all household bills.

There is off road parking available for 2 cars.

The property is 10 minutes by car from Cardiff City Centre via the A4232 which is in close proximity accessed via Culverhouse Cross. This also provides easy access to the M4 corridor for east and west bound travel.

There are numerous bus stops within 200 meters of the property which provide excellent access to the Vale of Glamorgan and Cardiff City Centre. Buses to Cardiff City Centre are every 10minutes.

The property is a £12 taxi ride from Cardiff City Centre. This information is provided so you can gauge the distance.
