Single room offered in a lovely vintage style house in Roath, Cardiff. (for a single male lodger)
The single room is available for 6weeks from May 6th until mid June (June 16th)
It doesn't have an ensuite bathroom but the bathroom is right next door to the single bedroom.
I'm looking for a male lodger..
I'd generally prefer someone who works 9 to 5 (not working from home) or someone who is a full time student and will spend quite a bit of the week at the University.
My name is David and I own the house.
My partner stays with me 2/3 nights per week and my 17 year old son stays some weekends (in his loft bedroom)
I have attached pictures of the house.
I am an occasional naturist (nudist) so any potential lodger will need to be completely comfortable with occasional nudity.
I would love to have a lodger who speaks French as I go to Paris 2 months every year to improve my french!
The price £495 and includes all bills and excellent wifi.
No smoking or pets.
