Single room offered in a lovely vintage style house in Roath, Cardiff. (for a single lodger) available for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 6 months.
(I also have a DOUBLE ROOM available £695/ for couples the price is £895)
It doesn't have an ensuite bathroom but the bathroom is right next door to the single bedroom.
My name is David and I own the house.
My bedroom is in the loft space.
There may be 1 other lodger staying at the house during this period in the double bedroom, for a shorter period, so for the most part, there will be 2 people sharing the whole house and possibly 3 for some of the time.
I have attached pictures of the house.
The price is £595 per month and INCLUDES ALL bills and excellent wifi.
I have a relaxed attitude to nudity in the household so a relaxed and open attitude is preferred.
No smoking or pets.
