One downstairs large double bedroom in a cosy, friendly three bed house in a quiet location 20 minute walk from Cardiff city centre. Two professional housemates looking for another person to live with, drink wine and generally have fun times! There is also a lovely cat called Elfie living in the house. No other pets allowed.

Minimum 1 year contract, and 1 month deposit required to secure the room. We are arranging viewings from 10th April, so get in touch if you’d like to arrange a viewing and get to know us a bit better!

South facing garden with lawn and patio with lovely garden area for summer BBQs.

BUS: Nearby bus stop 3 min walk on Carlisle street.
CAR: Free parking available at all times, good links to M4 and A48.
TRAIN: 25 min walk to Cardiff Central or Cardiff Queen Street.
