Double Bedroom with Walk in wardrobe and En-suite

I have a good sized double room, in a duplex apartment, fully furnished with a walk in wardrobe and en-suite. Large lounge, fitted kitchen with all the mod cons Inc the most important one - the coffee machine :) (I'll even teach you how to use it)

The flat is in a quiet area of Windsor Quay, walking distance to bus stop, shops, gym and the bay.

The flat is modern, clean and tidy. Im looking for a housemate who is looking for a homely feel rather than a doss house/party pad.

Im very much a quiet night in kinda guy than a night out and would be looking for someone similar to have a housemate. With all my previous housemates we've ended up as good mates, often heading over the bay for walks and coffee or the occasional food and drinks / comedy club.

I'm a full time professional and work shifts, easy to get on with and respectful of others privacy. No smokers or vapers and no pets sorry!

I'm very outdoorsy, into paddle boarding as well as hiking and exploring so if the sun is shining then you probably wont see me unless you're oudoorsy and fancy joining.
