We have 1 room becoming available late October in this lovely modern shared house in Cathays, only minutes walk from the beautiful Roath Park lake, and 20 minutes walk Heath Hospital. Cardiff city centre is approximately 30 minutes walk or within minutes via bus routes.

The room is situated on the first floor to the rear of the property.

There is a downstairs WC, as well as two shower rooms with WC on the upper floor.

The 3 other housemates are all female professionals and are extremely friendly and enjoy socialising together.

All bills are included (including council tax), high speed Wi-fi is provided and a large TV in communal area. Utilities include washing machine, tumble drier, oven, microwave and generous fridge/freezer space.

There is a private rear garden with seating area and rear lane access if required. There is a weekly cleaning service for the communal areas.

We will be arranging viewings starting soon. If you are interested in viewing a room please respond giving as much information as you can regarding your job status, desired move in dates and interests. Daytime viewings are preferred if possible.

We expect demand for these rooms to be high so unfortunately we cannot guarantee to give viewings to everyone who requests one.
