Hi there

I am currently living in a wonderful spacious house with two others. Unfortunately for me, they will both be leaving me for new horizons so I shall be left with two spare double rooms.

The two bedrooms rooms consist of double beds and wardrobes. The rest of the house comprises of a large attic room (which has been converted as an office and has a sofa bed which is handy for guests) 2 lounges, a large kitchen and a downstairs bathroom. There is also a good sized back garden.

The house is in a lovely area on Pembroke Road situated just off Cowbridge Road East and within easy reach of Thompson gardens and Victoria Park. It’s also only 5 mins away from Chapter Arts Centre.

Transport links are excellent – there are plenty of bus stops all going into town which takes 5 mins and by foot - 25 mins. Canton and Pontcanna are full of good pubs, eateries, unique shops and supermarkets, so town is unnecessary a lot of the time!

I am looking for equally easy going, chatty funster professionals who are between 24 and 36. An open minded, liberated gay friendly person who likes cats (I have a cheeky little cat called Bethany!) is also an absolute must!! I am friendly, clean and respectful so living with me will be very pleasant indeed 

Rent is £250 pcm (excluding all bills – Tv/ gas/electric/water/council) and will be available from September 3rd.
