Re-advertised: Single room in a modern, refurbished house. This is a very quiet house, so I am looking for a quiet MALE tenant who wants to live in a clean and tidy house at all times, and is respectful of it and the other sharers (in the interests of friendship and harmony) and prepared to pull their weight. 2 people to each upstairs shower room (2 males for one, 2 females for the other).
Looking for someone to create a balanced environment within the house who is kind, considerate, clean and tidy, someone genuine and caring who values a safe and relaxed atmosphere. I am a very hands on and obliging landlady and want my tenants to be happy and feel safe and supported. I attend to problems immediately.
