Ideal lodger would be a person who works 9-5, is MATURE and reasonably clean, tidy and respectful.
No late night parties & unacceptable noises and behaviour. Bills are included but the heating is set by me - mornings and evenings only.

No smoking or drugs allowed in home (or in the garden)
No overnight stay of guests daily (the occasional stay is ok)

Deposit secures your room.

This is NOT your usual cramped 8 bedrooms house. We will be only 3 people (including you) in this huge house, not far from the city centre (15 minutes walk) and there is a Lidl is only 3 minutes walk.
Newport Road is at walk distance (15 minutes approximately; with a variety of shops including, Aldi, Sainsbury, Argos Extra, Poundland Morrison, Gym, Starbucks, McDonalds and much more.
