Easy access to city centre, bus stop outside the house with buses going to city centre which takes 18 minutes travel time and 16 minute bike ride.

We are a 10 minute walk from Roath Park and Wellfield Road, Albany road and the vibrant City Road with plenty of restaurants to try. Lots of shops a 10 minute walk away.

We are a 10 minute bike ride from the Heath Hospital, 19 minute bike ride from Cardiff Met university (Llandaff campus) and also have a closer campus here a stones throw away.

Lovely neighbours. We have a lovely garden to enjoy in the sun too.

Couples are welcome at an additional cost.

We are respectful people, we keep to ourselves as home is our sanctuary. We are looking for a professional or student who likes a peaceful environment.
