We have a lovely 7 bedroom house available 1st July 2026 until 30th June 2027 for £450 each per month plus bills. Please note we are looking for a group of 7 to rent the house , not individual contracts.
The rent is exclusive of all bills such as council tax, energy, water and broadband. Each room has a large bed, desk and chair., wardrobe and drawers , etc.. The house is in a quiet spot overlooking tennis courts and is close to universities and city centre.

This well-equipped house has two showers, a roll top bath and two toilets. A laundry area has a washer dryer and space to dry clothes. Lounge is a good size and kitchen has dishwasher, two cookers, two fridge freezers.

Deposit of one month's rent is required, and will be lodged with the Deposit Protection Service. Guarantor also required.

We are licensed landlords who charge no fees and will do all the paperwork. We are registered for Data Protection and comply with all regulations.
