Living room

We currently have the Bedroom 1 available, in a spacious house situated in the heart of vibrant Cardiff!

The Room

The room will be ready to move into by September the 14th, all bills included and is provided fully furnished with lovely quality furniture.

Bedroom 1: £650 PCM - Double Bedroom in the front of the first floor, with two windows looking onto the street. The room comes with a king size bed & mattress, a wardrobe, a set of draws and comfy chair.

Plenty room for a desk if required.

The Housemates

A friendly bunch we all have different lives but socials regularly; there’s pretty much always someone in the living room/kitchen in the evenings to catch up with and we often all relax together watching whatever dodgy series we find. We regularly organise drinks or random activates (which old house mate join us on), we’d be looking for someone who is interested in this kind of vibe and is clean & tidy.

A little info on us:

Tim (me): currently work in Supply Chain, interests include mountaineering, skiing & DIY.

Dan: works as a dietician working for the NHS, interests include long distance running, Manchester United & cooking.

Jowan: works as a mechanical engineer, interests include road cycling, running & F1.

The House

The house is located in a fantastic location, 25 minute walk from the City Centre and 30 minute walk from Cardiff Bay. There are great transport links also, with buses regularly from Splott Road (1 minutes’ walk), Trains from Cardiff Central and the M4 only a 15 minute drive away. Splott has a thriving and up and coming community, with a brand new leisure centre (gym, pool, library etc...) located at the park 10 minutes’ walk from the house. The house is lucky enough to have plenty of free on-street parking making parking outside in the evenings a breeze.

The house is really light and spacious, the entire ground floor has been kept as a shared space with a large knocked through living room with super comfy L shaped sofa and TV with a collection of old consoles for inviting friends over, a great space for entertaining and relaxing. The rear of the living room is currently being used as a mini gym. We have a large kitchen-dinner with separate fridge and freezer (so no fighting for space) and a second toilet.

The garden is currently being renovated but there's a firepit which we sit around on nice evenings.
