The rent is paid directly to the landlord and then the bills are sorted between the tenants directly. It comes to around £100-130 per tenant per month (depending on the time of year - summer being cheaper than winter).

Situated just off Newport Road near the dead-end of Stacey Road, this property benefits from limited traffic past the front of the house, but gives its tenants ease of travel into the city centre with the multitude of bus routes that travel down Newport Road.

The property itself is large and spacious. As you enter, you are faced with a grand hallway, with a large communal lounge just to the left and an additional communal lounge straight ahead too. So between 3 of you there is a multitude of communal space, ideal for working from home, relaxing, or even entertaining friends. Beyond the second lounge is a huge and spacious modern kitchen. It features a large fridge freezer, oven and 4-ring gas hob, dishwasher and integrated washing machine. There's a huge amount of cupboard space for just 3 people.
