I have a furnished double bedroom available from 24th July in a peaceful period property close to the city centre. There is a large minimalist living room, an open plan kitchen diner and garden.

We're looking for a professional (26 years+) who will add to the relaxed atmosphere of the house. You must be clean, aware of your surroundings and willing to take care of the home as your own. The space is suited for someone who can store all their belongings in the room.

At home vegetarians/pescatarians preferred.

I’m an easy-going live in landlord; my time is often spent away with work in photography and media. A few of my interests include hiking, cooking, the orient and Italo disco.
