Double roomavailable to rent in homely house share in Splott. 20 minutes walk to the city centre and good bus links. Quiet side road which has good on street parking and a park at the end. It’s also close to shops and doctors/pharmacy.

Upstairs room comes furnished with double bed, 2 bedside tables, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

House is recently renovated and consists of an open kitchen diner with breakfast bar, communal living room, bathroom with over bath electric shower and basin and separate toilet with basin. The kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher, big fridge freezer, oven and hob. There’s also a garden with picnic bench and outdoor sofa.

It’s a 3 bed house share. We’re both into cycling and enjoy a range of activities including trips to the theatre, games nights and a good pub quiz. Also love being outdoors for walks/runs and have a paddleboard. One of us is veggie and we both enjoy trying out new recipes. Would love to hear from people who think they’ll get along well with us.

Rent is £550 pcm which includes all bills apart from gas and electric which will be split each month. Bills included are fast broadband, council tax, water rates, tv licence.
