1 of our housemates are moving out shortly. We have a double room available, which comes furnished. We are looking for a professional female to take their place :)

About the house:
The house has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a living/dining room and a kitchen. Two bedrooms have king size beds and one has a double but they are a really decent size. The kitchen has recently had new appliances including fridge, washing machine and dishwasher.
The garden been is a good size, perfect for enjoying the sun or the odd BBQ in the summer.
The house, including all the bedrooms are fully furnished.

There are two parking spaces at the house and plenty more street parking outside.

About the area:
Pentwyn is a great area. There is a good corner shop and a few takeaways just round the corner. Lidl, Aldi and Waitrose are a ten minute walk and Asda is a couple of minutes drive away.
The park and ride is also a couple of minutes drive or a 20 minute walk where you can get the bus into town which takes 15 minutes. There is also a bus stop right outside the house which goes straight into town and comes every 10 minutes. We are also really close to UHW and Cardiff Gate.
The street is nice and quiet and the neighbours are all really friendly.

About us:
We are all friends and like to hang out together but also have our own lives. We go to the gym, but also like wine, eating out, binging Netflix and nights in with a takeaway.
We are looking to live with sociable, friendly, tidy people who will treat the house like their home.
